You can check 2012 availability and prices (from £482 per week) for particular weeks on that website. The apartment is popular, with over 50% repeat bookings, so if it is not available when you want in 2012 why not make a provisional, no obligation, booking for 2013 which can be confirmed by the end of September 2012. You can email Helpful Holidays to reserve your chosen period in 2013.

For apartment 5 our prices include everything — linen, duvets, towels, heating and full use of the Leisure Club facilities.

Children & dogs are welcome but there is an extra charge for dogs.

Bookings are taken for complete weeks with a Saturday changeover (arrival after 4pm) except in lowest priced weeks.

In low season we offer the lowest priced weeks as well as split weeks/long weekends — usually Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights with changeover on Monday then Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights with changeover on Friday. The splits are priced at 4/7^th and 5/7^th of the normal weekly rate.

We also offer special Christmas and New Year deals. Credit cards are accepted and prices vary between £482 and £1,803 per week depending on season. Arrival is after 4pm on the appropriate changeover day.

Our first guest came in 1999 and ever since then we have had the English Tourist Authority 5 Star rating and the prestigious Gold Award since its inception 3 years ago. Helpful Holidays brochure recommends us as an “exceptionally good apartment”. Guest have also given us much praise.

Many guests return year after year all year round and lots of weeks are provisionally booked (no obligation) even before Helpful Holidays publishes their brochure in September.
